PASSIONOY PARTNERS AFFILIATE PROGRAM

 

Terms and Conditions:

By signing up for the Passionoy Partners Affiliate Program (Passionoy Partners), you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of Passionoy Signature Designs.

 

1. Program Overview

The Passionoy Partners Affiliate Program is designed to allow affiliates (“Partners”) to earn commissions by promoting Passionoy Signature Designs products through unique affiliate links or discount codes. As a Partner, you will receive commissions on qualifying sales generated through your efforts.

 

2. Commission Structure

Partners earn commissions based on the following tiered structure:

• 10% Commission: Starting commission for all Partners.

• 15% Commission: After $500 in net product sales.

• 20% Commission: After $1,500 in net product sales.

• 25% Commission: After $5,000 in net product sales.

Net product sales exclude taxes, shipping costs, and any discounts applied to the order.

 

3. How Commissions Are Calculated

• Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal after deducting any discounts.

• Commissions exclude shipping, taxes, and VAT.

• If a discount is applied, commissions are reduced proportionally to the discount percentage.

 

4. Partner Benefits

• Exclusive Discount for Clients:

Partners can share a unique discount code with their audience, offering 15% off purchases—5% higher than the store’s standard discount. Sales made using this code will qualify for commissions.

• Dedicated Affiliate Portal:

Partners will receive access to the GOAFFPRO Affiliate Portal to:

• Track sales and commissions.

• Generate custom affiliate links and discount codes.

• Monitor payouts and performance metrics.

 

5. Partner Requirements

To maintain active status and continue earning commissions, Partners must:

1. Generate at least one sale every six months.

2. Log in to the affiliate portal at least once every six months.

3. Adhere to all program and store guidelines.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in account deactivation. Inactive accounts for 12 consecutive months will be removed from the program, and commissions will no longer apply. Partners may reapply but will not retain previous customer connections or sales history.

 

6. Payout Terms

• Commissions will be paid out based on the terms outlined in the affiliate portal.

• Minimum payout thresholds may apply, as specified in the portal.

• Payments are processed through the method selected during sign-up (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).

 

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Misrepresentation of Passionoy Signature Designs products or discounts.

• Spamming or unauthorized advertising.

• Violating intellectual property rights or misleading customers.

Violations of these terms may result in termination from the program without notice.

 

8. Program Modifications

Passionoy Signature Designs reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including commission structures, payout terms, or program guidelines, at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email or the affiliate portal.
