Return and Refund Policy
All items are FINAL SALE.
Exception: Returns are only accepted in cases of product errors or damage, as each item is made to order. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at passionoysignaturedesigns@gmail.com. Approved returns will be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility for Damaged/Product Error received items:
To qualify for a product error/damage return:
- Items must be received within 30 days of deliver and in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us for questions or concerns about specific items. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No Exchanges allowed. All items are FINAL SALE.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds for Damaged/Product Errors Only:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Product Disclaimer: Variations in Print, Color, and Mockups
Please note that all items are custom-made upon order using print-on-demand technology. Due to variations in manufacturing processes, printing equipment, material batches, and mockup representations, the following may occur:
• Slight differences in color, placement, and size of designs between items. These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return or refund.
• Mockup and model representations may not reflect the exact size or scale of the final product. For accurate sizing and product details, please refer to the specific description provided in each product listing.
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure that each product meets or exceeds customer expectations within reasonable tolerances.
