Passionoy Signature Designs FAQ

1. What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

Each item is custom-made upon order, so please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive an item with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right!

 

3. How do I know which size to order?

We include a size chart for each product to help you find the best fit. For any specific sizing questions, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.

 

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order’s journey to your doorstep.

 

5. What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We’ll help track it down and provide an update.

7. How should I care for my items?

To keep your apparel looking and fitting great, we recommend washing inside out on a gently cycle and air drying.  Mugs are dishwasher safe, though hand-washing can help preserve the design.  For tote bags, spot clean or hand wash gently in cold water and air dry to maintain their shape and design.  

 

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

 

9. Are personalization options available?

Many of our items offer personalization options to make your purchase unique!  If personalization is available for a specific item, you'll see detailed options on the product page.  Simply follow the prompts to add names, dates, or custom text where relevant.  For any special requests beyond the listed options, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to assist! 

 

10. Can I request a specific color or product type?

Yes! If you'd like to see a current design on a product or color not currently offered or available, please reach out through our contact form.  We'll do our best to accommodate your request or provide alternative options!

11. Will my product look exactly like the mockup?

While we strive for accuracy, mockup images may not always reflect the exact size or color.  Please refer to the product description for the most accurate details.
